So me and my boyfriend have been together for nearly 4 years, we've always had a good sex life. But recently I've been waking up to him playing with me, pulling my hair, trying to pull my bottoms down and thrusting me he's completely asleep when doing this and I've told him he's doing it he's no idea what I'm talking about. I've told
Him I don't like it and it makes me feel weird..his response was I'm being childish and that I should get over it because he's no idea what he's doing... I'm completely at a loss on what I should do 😩 someone please help

Erm no you should not just get over it. He should go and see a doctor if he's sexually assaulting you in his sleep.

The fact he's told you you're being childish would suggest he's not actually asleep to me because if that was my DP he'd be absolutely mortified.

Sleep elsewhere. I doubt he’s asleep, if he was he’d be horrified at what he was doing

Majorcollywobble · 07/11/2019 14:23

An apology rather than calling you childish would be a good start . You need to wake him up when he next starts doing this .
My husband dreams he’s playing football and taking a penalty kick - or lashes out with a yell if he has a bad dream - I always wake him up and make sure he knows why !

This is sexual assault. He's not asleep and he knows exactly what he's doing. You're not safe while you're with him. Is there anywhere else you can go? If you're not sure what is happening, please contact Rape Crisis who are experts on all forms of sexual abuse: rapecrisis.org.uk/ and they will discuss this with you and support you.

He's not asleep.

Aquamarine1029 · 07/11/2019 17:41

Bullshit he's sleeping. He's assaulting you and I would get rid of the fucking prick.

Quartz2208 · 07/11/2019 22:10

If he is asleep he should be horrified and trying to seek help

The fact he thinks YOU should get over it and deal with it is awful
