Am I a British subject? ETA/visa form.

I am filling in a form for a visa (ETA) to travel to New Zealand. My passport says British Citizen - I was born in England and have always lived here. But on the ETA there is no option for 'British Citizen'.

The options are:

British National (overseas)
British Overseas citizen
British Overseas Territories citizen
British Protected Person
British subject

I've googled to see if 'subject' and 'citizen' means the same thing but am more confused than ever.

Which option should I choose?

ah yes sorry I thought you meant there was a separate question for this, I didn't see those options on the drop down - you just select UK.

(The US and Aus forms do the same thing I remember now!)
