Should I tell him how I feel?

I’ve been attracted to a man for about a year. We both have partners but no children. We’re friends but nothing more. Should I tell him how I feel or attempt to go NC and move on?

1. Unless this is just a bit of a crush you need to leave your partner.
2. Don’t act on your desires until the other person is single.

You can't go this. It's cruel to your current partner. Separate from him first. Sort out finances. Then make a move on your colleague but don't be surprised if he reacts with shock and horror. You may have completely misinterpreted his friendliness.
