What area would you live - fresh start?

I’m a lost soul. I have no ties to any area. No close friends or family.

I don’t know where to begin to look at where I want to live? I can stretch to a mortgage for a property valued at around 180k.
Any recommendations on nice areas please??

I feel so alone. I’ve put my everything into my career & ex relationship. (I hate my job & I want to change careers to something better suited)
I would love to hear from other women who have had a fresh start please?? It’s so difficult staying strong when everything falls apart all at once! x

Fresh start with my DD. I moved from London to West Sussex ( lovely, quiet and peaceful residential area). I still work in London, albeit a different company post divorce and don't mind the commute.

All the best in all your endeavours. Initial phase can seem hard, but you will be fine with time. X

What about something like this? Coastal, on the mainline for trains to Brighton/London. Loads going on. If you check out the website meetup for groups you’ll find lots of social things happening.

Aww I’ve had some really helpful replies, thank you ladies!
I will definitely look through the suggestions.

For work I’m thinking about doing private household cleaning- I think I will genuinely enjoy cleaning.

I could do with working on how to switch off & how to cope when something flares up my anxiety - From what I hear many of us struggle with these issues nowadays x
