Bit of a random one this.....

So I noticed I kept going through wet wipes like no tomorrow, I'd be buying a new pack every 2/3 days which didn't seem right asked my partner if he knew what was happening to them and he said he's been using them to wipe when he goes to the toilet ...ie a poo....

Who in the fuck does that..use toilet paper you're going to block the toilet you little prick

Milomonster ooh I never knew the name, Lota?
DH's family all use these and I must say it's bloody embarrassing thinking about the fact that we would use a few pieces of dry loo roll and even CONSIDER that made us clean after a poo!

mommybear1 · 15/03/2019 14:56

Having moved into a house where the old couple flushed EVERYTHING and I mean EVERYTHING- the drains people even found sponges 🤔, I can assure you nothing other than toilet paper and bodily fluids flush. Agree with @Heartofglass12345 if anything other than toilet paper is used.

Thatsalovelycuppatea · 16/03/2019 15:33

I use baby wipes or toilet wipes because of the Ibs. He may have Ibs and that's why he uses them. Try talking to him.

Haffiana · 16/03/2019 15:54

How do you use a lota? Do you have to squat with feet on the loo seat?

burritofan · 16/03/2019 15:56

Install a bidet.

Ohyesiam · 16/03/2019 16:02

Haffiana no you just sit on the lo and use it. I’ve always known them as a hand-held bidet.

Ohyesiam · 16/03/2019 16:02

Loo

TheQueef · 16/03/2019 16:03

No Haffi sit normal for a front wash or back wash but you can sit facing the cistern.
We call it the toilet teapot Blush
The spout is just right to have a decent wash without being soaked.

CookPassBabtridge · 16/03/2019 16:09

I use wipes after a poo, it's the only way I feel clean. Since living in the Middle East for a while where they have a little shower hose to clean your bum after, just using toilet paper doesn't cut it anymore. It just smears it around! I don't flush wipes though, I put them in the little bathroom bin.

OldWomanSaysThis · 16/03/2019 16:18

Women who wipe front to back often pick up pee on the way to the poo and they get a type of wet-wipe. Men don't have that feature.

crestar · 16/03/2019 18:24

For goodness sake.

On many threads, the only thing that would be picked up on would be the 'little prick' comment which would be classed as some sort of abuse in the relationship.

It's a reasonable point for you to make however regards environmental issues.

missmouse101 · 16/03/2019 18:29

Is he definitely flushing them though? I use a baby wipe after every poo and bin it.
