I haven't had a boob job and I think if you want to spend your (or your fiances) money on surgery then that's your call and your choice.

Personally, my boobs also breastfed 2 babies and if I'm being honest, are probably no worse than before but they aren't particularly pert and one is slightly bigger than the other, which you can only tell if I am naked. I am currently single but no man I have ever been with has been put off my my boobs (quite the opposite in fact) just as they are and when I look at them I see breasts that have fed two other humans and that are healthy when so many women have to have theirs removed or operated on and would be so happy to have what I have, or what many other women have and complain about.

when it boils down to it though, it's your body, your money, your decision. If it's a well informed one then all the better.

I did at 18 - 5 operations later at 45 I had them out for good. I worked out I did not want to be having the operation at 60 and 85! When I had it done they weren't telling people you shouldn't keep them in for more than 12/15 years. Also some people it works and others its a disaster - scarring, nipple sensitivity or loss of feeling, hard scar tissue so it feels like you are lying on two balls. One thing I would say is I don't think people with autoimmune conditions should have them (ceoliac as an example) or if you tend to scar badly. Its because its a foreign body and your body overacts to it if you are this way inclined and more likely to have problems.
