Can anyone tell me more about them, anyone used them?

Yes. What would you like to know? PM me if that's easier?

Pockybot · 07/01/2019 19:59

When can they be used?

The only experience I have was enforced by social services.
They are extremely strained in terms of workers and times that they have access to the premises so unless there was perceived to be a confirmed and documented risk to the child, it would be unlikely that there would be a way of just 'using one'.

Would you like to give some more information on the background of your situation? It's hard to give an in depth answer when we don't know what the circumstances are. Flowers

I am assuming you are in England too? I have no idea about other countries procedure.

Thank you. It’s different to what I thought it was.

I work in a contact centre in Northern Ireland. It's not supervised but supported contact within the centre, you go through your solicitor to arrange it.

My ex had contact with our child in a contact centre.
Their contact was overseen by 2 workers and the it progressed to just a handover within the centre.
All was organised by my solicitor and his.
