I know this may sound petty but I'm really upset and confused over it. My boyf has a room in his flatmate house. I feel like he acts inappropriately with her and I have said this but he says it's my insecurities and I should get over it. For instance, he broke his phone a week ago and instead of buying his own he's been using hers to text and call me which means we can't have a proper convo and every time I want to talk to him I have to go thru her. Also he goes and meets her for lunch at her work (he says to use her phone). He sleeps in her bed when she's away coz he says it's more comfortable and when I go round he wants to sleep with me in her bed rather than his own. They go shopping together at weekend and go on nights out together. He says they are friends as well as flatmates. I think it's too much and is disrespectful to me and inappropriate but he says I need to get over it. Am I being u fair???

WTF?! Does she know he sleeps in her bed with you when she’s away?

That is weird. Even more so if neither of them change the sheets.

I’d leave them to it personally.

As ^ said.

I would end things.

I don't care about their hygiene (that's there problem) my issue is that I think he is far too friendly and involved but he says its not weird and it's my insecurities and now I don't know whether he's right or wrong

That all sounds weird tbh. You are definitely not over reacting.

Just leave them to it if I were you.

If he can't see that his actions are upsetting you, he's clearly not worth any more of your precious love and time.

There are plenty more fish 🐟 in the sea. This one sounds a bad catch. Bin him off pronto !

chocolatelover9 · 13/10/2018 20:08

I'd leave them to it. There's more to it than what he's telling you!
Why would he sleep in her bed when she isn't there (That's weird)

Odd. Probably best to let them get on with it

giveitfive · 13/10/2018 20:11

Sorry. You're the gooseberry here. Step aside and leave them to it.

Keep your chin up and remember that you deserve more respect than this in relationships x

Changing sheets isn’t just about hygiene, it’s the intimacy to me. Your bedding smells of your body. I’d hate to have anyone sleep in my bed, or to sleep in theirs, as it would be like they were in there with me!
