creeper where I am as soon as the disability is diagnosed you get a ss referral. At least you do if the Professionals are doing their job right. Ds was refered when he was diagnosed with autism, and Im a sw!

no It was definitely a referral, they made up alot of lies about all my children, my dd also hadnt been diagnosed at that point (she is now diagnosed and never had ss contact.)

They can't give info back, because of privacy I suppose.

What happens to the people who make malicious reports and cause distress? Do they get told to stop making things up? Presumably and unfairly it's in someone's record if ss contact you even if it's made up?
