I feel like my oh is controlling me

There's lots of other things he does but this is one that's stressing me out today.

We've just moved house and we're trying to keep it nice and tidy as it's lovely and modern and we're both quite messy people.

I had no sleep last night I'm 34 weeks pregnant now and have the worst insomnia I'd been up since 4 I came downstairs this morning made my self a slice of toast and a cuppa and just went back to bed I felt awful. He starts huffing and puffing picking the crumbs of the side from the toast.

I went to the toilet and left the toilet roll cardboard on the side as the bin was full and I wasn't going back downstairs I was going to bed he followed me up again huffing "when you've used the toilet roll put in the bin"

I understand these things can be annoying for people but he's just watching me like a hawk.

He's finally gone out now so me and ds can relax for a little bit but he is making me miserable Sad

OP are you afraid to tell him to stop snooping and following you around?

Try to jump your mind forward to the years when your son grows up and bails out of an unhappy home and atmosphere asap. Then it's just you and this man together for the rest of your natural. The years of regret you will cry won't make up for the loss of the good years you could have had with your children.

No man is worth that and especially not this one. Do the right thing for yourself and your children. Your son does not need or deserve a stepfather like this. He has the right to a good upbringing and home. How are you going to shield him from this man who has already started using aggressive language towards him?

Tell someone else in RL what's going on.

& Do the right thing.

I'm not impressed with him having all the money. Open a new account for yourself immediately. That can be sorted in one day. Take ID and proof of address to the bank.

Can I ask why you closed the account you had? Without another of your own.

Him swearing at your DS isn't good enough either. It's abusive behaviour.

He thinks you won't leave because your pregnant. That's why he's getting worse.

happypoobum · 03/08/2018 22:15

When I ask him for some money he says clean up first and you can have it and will start laughing.

He sounds fucking awful Sad

FishingIsNotASport · 03/08/2018 22:57

What do you actually like about this person? He sounds vile. And swearing at your little one - just no.

Fishface77 · 03/08/2018 23:03

Get out.
This will get worse and even if it’s not him and it’s you, why would you live with someone you hate?
Also, think of your child. How the duck a he treating him?

Fishface77 · 03/08/2018 23:03

*The fuck is he treating him

Eden80 · 03/08/2018 23:16

When pregnant you feel really vulnerable so I can imagine the prospect of leaving now is also scary. How old is your other child? He sounds emotionally abusive. My husband moans constantly about small stupid shit - you end up resenting them.
