Messaging another women to?

Hi everyone,

Just a quick question have been dating a guy for a month going really well until....

He said he was eating out somewhere, I said I love that place and his reply was

“You and me would get along great”

It’s the would that’s thrown me. What do you all think? Did he think he was messaging someone else?

He has said he is not in contact with anyone else prior to this.

Trust your gut, it's never wrong and I'd think the same as you x

Maybe not read too much into it? I know that’s hard at the beginning, how old are you both? Is he like young and laddish?

ragingmentalist · 01/06/2018 09:47

maybe I’m being a crazy women.

This. Sounds like he should run for the hills if you're analysing every minute detail.

So after sleeping on it and calming down I can see I over analysed. This guy is great I am just waiting for something to go wrong. I didn’t freak out on him thank god.

I'd feel the same as you OP. I was seeing a guy a while back and a few times he'd messaged me "hi gorgeous" etc then when I replied he'd say "hi babe" again. It was like he'd sent the same "hi" message to other women and forgotten who had replied and who hadn't. Which did turn out the be the case.
