I'm willing to give anything a go

Recently posted and replied to quite a few threads of people going through break ups and particularly ones like myself who called it a day but still finding myself lost...

A couple of months in now and been through every emotion going

Being in a verbal abusive relationship for 3.5 years, moved in thinking things would always get better, they didn't...anger, moods, arguments and feeling like I've completely lost myself I've moved again, got my own place and started a fresh start. He's still contacting me even though I've blocked him from most communication apart from email
He owes me money and I really need it so keeping email communication open and he still thinks he can get to me, he sort of is but I'm trying with all my strength to move on

Anyway, I find myself sad and lonely and desperately trying to keep myself busy...so I want to give a book a go.

Any recommendations?

Thanks xx

If Sarah Millican is your cup of tea then her book How to be Champion is excellent and has a section on divorce with some practical tips on how to move on. It is really funny light reading and very feel good. I read it regularly as a pick me up (6 months into a divorce). Good luck x

Not a book but Craig Kenneth on Youtube is good. He's a psychotherapist and relationship coach. He has some very interesting videos.
