How long into your relationship did you say ‘I love you’

Have been seeing someone for about two/three months exclusively and it’s going really well, we really like each other. I’m starting to feel like I’m falling in love with him. How soon is too soon to say it?! Should I wait for him to say it first? And out of curiosity, how soon have you felt it and said it, and did you wait long between the two?

I’m really surprised at how early so many of these are. I’m not sure I’ve ever known someone enough to be able to tell I loved them a few weeks in!

For me, it’s usually around the 3-4 month mark. I’m in a relationship which is coming up to 4 months and am desperate to say it but want him to say it first so I definitely know!

A week 😂
8 months later we are away to get married and have bought our first house together.

I'm hopeless at being sensible 🤷🏼‍♀️

Six months! At least!

We don't like to rush things though. It took another 7 years for us to get engaged Grin

About 10 minutes, after my 4th tequila

Took DH 4 days. I waited 6 months. He still says it aaaalllll the time. I rarely say it.

Felt it after about 3 months, said it at 6 months, he said it straight back, and admitted he'd felt the same for ages but had been too nervous to say

He said it first after literally 3 weeks of being official😩 we'd been texting for about 2 months before that though and had been on lots of dates. I did kind of force him coerce him into saying it though. We're now nearly 3 years in and very much in love still.
