He won’t speak to me

I separated from my STBEH over a year ago. He won’t communicate with me if I ask him something. if he needs something from me he will go through the kids to get whatever it is he needs/wants.

It is getting to be quite frustrating.

Does anyone else have to deal with an ex like this. What do you do to get a response from him? Judge said all legal documents were to stay with me but he won’t give back birth certificates or passports.

Re his passport number on the form, you don't need it. I just write in the comments 'fathers passport details unknown'. And for a renewal I put them as lost so don't have the number. Never had an issue and new ones have arrived quickly.

Thanks Gttia I will give it a couple of weeks then apply but it’s the blatant disregard to the courts ruling that they should stay with me that is the problem.

Don't give him the satisfaction that you care. That will get to him more
