How much adult contact do you have?
I mean relationships with other adults I suppose.

Lots - I have DH at home and I work full time in a job that involves meeting people frequently. I also try to socialise with friends a lot as that’s what keeps me sane!

Only through work. I don’t socialise much as I’m a single parent. But I’m perfectly happy this way!

Very little. Working LP.
Work is quiet and mainly screen based. I have the odd 10 minute chat.
Weekends are hard, sometimes speak to a cashier. Sometimes the dc's will let me chat at parkrun, but if dd kicks off I have to deal with her.
See friends every few weeks.

Summer is better because the dc's will let me hang around and catch up with other parents on the playground at pick up time.

Not much at all ! Work from home ! 😪 Really feeling the NEED for adult company past couple of days (normally fine ) But mumsnet has been my soul saver of late !! Single mum of 4 i NEED to get a social LIFE i think 😬

Not much. Lone parent. I work but half of that time is from home.
My son has SEN and behaviour issues. His development is very delayed, so I don't get much time for adult interaction. Or for dating but I've resigned myself to being alone. Being alone is preferable to and less lonely than being in a bad relationship
I do see friends every few weeks which is a lifeline
