Threatening suicide when relationship ends

What do you do when an ex threatens suicide because you wont get back with them?

He has said it previously but we managed to sort it out (not because of the threats). Only this time i am not going back.
He is saying it again and i dont really believe him but theres always that what if.

Ring the Samaritans on 116123 and give them his number and they'll contact him. text him the contact details for Samaritans and the local crisis team. And then block and delete his number and walk away. If he's going to kill himself then he's going to kill himself, and that's in nobody's control but his. It's almost definitely pure manipulation, but even if it wasn't nobody has a duty to remain in a relationship they don't want because the other person doesn't want them to leave.

Now you've told his parents... you should block him.
