1 weeks notice to see DC - is this reasonable notice?

My EX pisses about with contact.

He has demanded to see them next weekend but they have a family party and have told him they want to see their cousins instead.

But thinking about it he can't expect them to not have plans one week away can he? I know he is going to go up the wall and say i am stopping them seeing him. They say they don't want to see him full stop but i am reluctant to tell him that for fear of making everything worse?

Hmm I think he has managed to get spyware or logger or surveillance on one or more of your or the DC devices. Think you ought to get them all checked.

He has the access to money to pay for this stuff and OW may have contacts.

I would reply with “The DC have plans already that they do not wish to cancel so are not available on that date”

Short, factual.

Keep a record of request, plans all ready in place, what DC said and your response.

If you read and respond to messages that could have downloaded something...

oh shit that is a nightmare. But it would explain a lot as i always say its like he is spying on me which is something he has done before.

Where would you get it checked?
