So I have just found out that my DP has met up with some girl behind my back! I'm devastated we have a 20mo DD, have just moved house to an area where I know no one but he does and I'm supposed to start a new job! My family and friends are all miles away! I don't know what to do!
Currently laying in bed silently crying!

Oh lovely, you can't jist let this go. Now you know it you won't be able to think of anything else Sad my advice would be ro go with DD and stay with a friend of family member for the weekend, make up a reason to go like they arw unwell or something. You need space away from him to get your head together before you decide what to do. I'm so sorry Sad

Oh OP. I’m so sorry. Hope you got some rest. What are you going to do? Flowers

Please don’t let it go. Otherwise every time he leaves the house it will kill you. You need to confront him. No one can tell you what to do but I think you know in your own mind it’s something that needs confronting. Xxx

Being alone and on benefits is surely better than life with a cheat? Go back home temporarily and speak to cab about claiming. .

Plonk yourself down with a cup of tea, read some similar threads on Mumsnet where women have been cheated on, but found the courage to make difficult decisions, and move on and forward Tia better and happier life.... Use their experiences and stories as you life roadmap.....

You CAN support yourself and your DD alone... trust me it is possible. I was left at 22yo and 7 months pregnant and I made it work, you will too sweetheart.
Firstly go straight to the job centre and get them to explain exactly what you can claim in the way of tax credits and housing benefit etc. I was able to get an emergency grant of nearly £900 from the council to use as a deposit for a private rental property. See if there’s anything like that where you are?
Speak to your family and friends... you’ll be amazed how much help and love they’ll be willing to give you. I was given furniture, cutlery, bedding etc to help get me started and my lovely friends even clubbed together to buy enough food to stock our freezer etc.
You CAN do this. Don’t stay with a horrible man because you’re afraid you can’t make it on your own.
You’re stronger than you think Flowers

You cannot let him get away with treating you and your DD like this Lady.. let him know you know.. you'll be seeking money for your DD from the CSA.. and watch him SPIN...

I agree with everyone on here .. you WILL survive this... he is SCUM Flowers
