Your exes "our song" at your wedding to new man. Dr Foster.

Ok, just watched Dr Foster and realised I have something in common with Simon. Rang a bell when watching and I've just checked my spotify wedding playlist, I had 3 songs on there which were "our song" with 2 previous boyfriends to my husband. Got married 9 years ago and not sure I ever really realised the significance of some of the songs I added till now.

They weren't walking down the aisle songs but were on the playlist made for while photos and post wedding drinks were on.

Has anyone else done this? Now worrying I'm a Simon identifying lunatic.

If you 'didn't realise the significance' I don't think you are doing what Gemma accused Simon of...

Also... it's just TV... GrinWink

We're doing this in our drama class. I have never used the same songs. They call speak to me in different ways.

I can understand the almost-accidental addition of some favourite songs that you once enjoyed with an ex, but if you once considered a song 'our song' then I assume the words held significance or evoked a memory, and I think I'd be sad if a partner played it on our wedding day.
