I am just reflecting on one of the posts, and wondering who has had a relationship with another woman? How did it happen, how long did it last, and what was the background? I am very curious.

OP posts:

Well, it happens like any other relationship: you meet someone, there's a spark, then one of you has the courage to make a move!

Helps if you know the other woman is a lesbian, or bi, that's the main difference.

NotTheFordType · 02/09/2017 22:07

Wow. Hello from hetero-land, please explain your curious ways to me so i can have a wank over it

thisfamily · 02/09/2017 22:14

Love is love. And sometimes you fall for the person first, the gender is not an issue in this case.

DragonsandDungeons · 02/09/2017 22:16

Not exactly my thoughts Grin

crazyhairdontcare · 02/09/2017 22:17

lol @ Ford!

OP are you curious as in bi-curious? Or just nosey?!

teenagetantrums · 02/09/2017 22:18

Yes l love have love a,woman and in a relationship. But also loved a man and have kids in late teens 20.s why would you be curious about this you love who you love

NowtAbout · 02/09/2017 22:19

It was as interesting/uninteresting as all my other relationships. I could go through the list if you want.

thisfamily · 02/09/2017 22:31

Bi here. When I first chased a woman my adrenaline went up the roof. I enjoyed being able to chase and for once not feel dominated by a man. After , well, it becomes like any relationship you have to work hard at it. And the difference is you can't walk hand in hand or snog your GF in public as it could cost you your life.

Ketzele · 02/09/2017 22:32

Yes. I'm a lesbian. Why are you curious?

teenagetantrums · 02/09/2017 22:33

Well my girlfriend and l walk hand in hand and kiss in public no one killed us yet

thisfamily · 02/09/2017 22:35

Good for you teenage I would not take a chance

sonlypuppyfat · 02/09/2017 23:01

I love my friends with all my heart, but I wouldn't want to touch them

thisfamily · 02/09/2017 23:07

Our body does not lie! so that's a guide to know if it is for you or not

BillywigSting · 02/09/2017 23:13

When I had a girlfriend there were some parts of the city where we would be treated as any other couple, some parts where we were actively cheered (not as pleasant as it sounds really) and some parts where if we dared to hold hands we probably would have been beaten to a pulp. We tended to stay around the first areas.

Other than that pretty much like any other relationship.

Why the "ugh"Nina?

TwoMummyPigs · 03/09/2017 06:20

Thisfamily I hold my gf hand constantly and we kiss in public. In fact I've never even had a homophobic comment thrown at us or a dirty look. Never mind a threat to our lives.

I suppose if you live outside the UK it may be different?

LilyMcClellan · 03/09/2017 10:06

Gosh, Nina, if that's your position, what on earth made you click on this thread, let alone think that the OP would in any way benefit from your input?

onemorecupofcoffeefortheroad · 03/09/2017 10:58

I had one same sex relationship ten years ago (after many heterosexual relationships which included marriage to a man resulting in children).
It was, and still is, bloody great.

Wanderlust1984 · 03/09/2017 11:34

Wow Nina, what a helpful post. Everyone must be so grateful for your input. /sarcasm

PS. it seems like you need cheering up, I can help if you know what I mean? Grin

nina2b · 03/09/2017 17:57

You're welcome. Glad to make my feelings clear.

thisfamily · 03/09/2017 18:02

Weird.

LilyMcClellan · 03/09/2017 19:22

Naff off, Nina. Literally nobody here cares about your feelings.
