Decree Nisi concern

I've already applied for my decree nisi, he's not contesting, so it shouldn't need us to attend, but I'd like to. If I do, will I get a chance to speak? I have no clue how it works.

Some things have changed since then (lack of maintenance, trying to avoid seeing the kids and now committing adultery as well) and I wondered if it was possible to get this documented.

Speak to your solicitor and they will advise you.

Why do you feel the need to attend? Surely you just want to get the divorce finalised ASAP?

UK divorce is "no fault" thereford conduct has no bearing on the financial settlement in all but the most extreme circumstances. It's the consent order that matters, not the nisi. Sounds like you need legal advice.
