Just a couple of suggestions (from a recent workshop I attended on exquisite relationships!) - I'd put some focus on getting even more of the list 1 things - the things you like about each other and want more of - and make list 1 longer than list 2! List 3 - how to help each other - needs to be as specific as possible to optimise the chances not only of it working but you both knowing it's working. Avoid things like 'communicate better' unless you can be really specific about what you mean by this (ie I want you to tell me when x happens etc)

HTH

Looking good! Suggest that if you decide to review in the future the question to ask is yourselves is always 'what's working, and what could be even better?' much more effective than doing the 'what are the problems' thing.

And good for you!

I think this sounds like a very productive exercise - perhaps the first could have 'five reasons why I fell in love with you' and 'five reasons why I love you now' as this might help you think about the lenght of the relationship and recognise that you did actually choose each other. I remember from relate sessions talking about why I fell in love with DH took me back to a place and made me put lots into perspective.

Good luck.
