If cost is not an issue I suggest buying a house with an extra bedroom. I've never met an earplug man (or woman) enough to do the job.

Certain places do them made to measure. You could google for this as bikers and workman will have them made sometimes.

Have you tried boots silicone one's? They're the best of a bad bunch I think.

poisonedbypen · 19/01/2015 16:34

Yes, the silicone ones are the best I've used - they don't make your ears sore either, which some foam ones do.

AWholeLottaNosy · 19/01/2015 16:35

I find wax ones are good as you can really push them into your ears!

tuttifruitti · 19/01/2015 16:49

Try pluggerz from the snorestore online.

loveka · 19/01/2015 16:54

Quies wax earplugs. They are French but you can buy them from on line chemists. They are am-az-ing!

hollyisalovelyname · 19/01/2015 17:31

Thank you.
I had never heard of Snore store.

Earplugs are all well and good for you but that in itself will not address or cure his snoring problem. He needs to visit the GP and he really has no excuses not to go there.

If cost is no object there is a company that moods ear plugs specifically to your ear shape. So the lay in your ear and are flat so it does not stick out.

You can get an ear mould and send it and they will send them back if you aren't near them. In Orpington last I heard.

I got them for my husband collapse nostril, the traffic and the fact we were going travelling for a year and living in dorm rooms.

Loved loved loved them. Really worked, comfortable and i use them at concerts to protect my ears from loud noise.

It has been a few years since I got my last pair so hopefully they are still going. The plugs last years.

Ultimate ear is what they are called. They do other types as well as sleeping ones.
