can anyone enlighten me?

My stbx was/is an assistant manager of a very popular watch and handbag shop.

He had never taken a day off , but after I left he started drinking (more than he already was) and I have just found out he has been signed off sick with depression work was interfering with his drinking time since August.

He has now been very inconsistent with CSA and I do have a case open but we sort it between ourselves ATM. He is on his final warning with them.
He has just text saying he won't be paying until Monday (again, due tomorrow).

SO....if he is signed off sick will the kids CM be reduced if I go the enforced payments?
Very frustrating if so as he is working and getting paid full time by his mother, he moved home so has no rent or living expenses anymore except a phone bill but his mummy dear has never expected him to contribute a pennyHmm

Maintenance awards are usually based on disposable income. If he loses his job, the amount will probably be reduced. If he has no accommodation costs, it could be increased. Let the CSA (or whatever they are called now) sort it out. A regular amount, even if it's lower, is better than something irregular or nothing at all.

CSA is based on pay. Living costs no longer taken into account. So if he's not getting paid from work and could hide his income from his mother then I'd keep going with the agreed levels as you might get less if you enforce.
