EA experts with insights...is passive aggression EA?

I'm not sure I'd class it as EA, I'd class it as bloody annoying though.

It depends on the circumstances & the relationship of the people involved I think. If it is EA then I'd be expecting other stuff as well, doesn't have to be big ones but like gaslighting, anger, blame etc. EA often takes many forms & it would be unusual for the aggressor to stop at one tactic once he knows it works.

I don't know of any help available for passive aggression by itself no, except no or minimal contact.
