Will it catchup with him?

How long can you go on doing as you please before you get caught out? Basicly, I left my emotionally abusive husband, he was also a bully, nearly a year ago. During our marriage he seemed to think he could just do as he pleased, the rules that apply to everyone else didn't to him, examples - he watched porn on internet and I didn't especially like it but apparently all blokes do it so he carried on, often when I was out with dcs or asleep. He drank far too much, if I said anything I was moaning, he used to often get into car the following morning still over the limit, he used to actually drink behind the wheel too, he would fix certificates so it looks like he has taken the most recent exam when all he did was type over the old date, he is not declaring all his earnings either as self employed, there is more but I will stop there otherwise I will go on forever! His attitude seemed(and still is)that he is invincible, he can just do whatever he likes and he does. It's infuriating - anyone else experienced individuals like this? If so does it ever catchup with them?

Yes I have met people like this. And it is frustrating. But at then end of the day, you need to get to the point where his actions don't matter to you anymore.

Is karma may not come until he is in his 80s but hopefully, by that time, he is just a distant memory for you.

Yes it does. ExH lost driving licence, job and access to DD all in 1 month due to behaviour that he thought was okay. It takes a massive event like getting caught drink driving with children in the car to snowball event, children then see him pulled on behaviour and then reveal other behaviour.
Prepare for it all to be your fault though.

Lonecat - I know it will be my fault, everything is, even though we apart everything is still all my fault or the children's - he even blames them, it's all down to me our marriage ended, obviously, it's not his faultConfused

I'm with you there it was my fault he had an affair, my fault he refused to give her up so our marriage ended and it is my fault her verbal abused DD and only gets supervised access to her.
