Any family solicitors around?

Sadly my daughter and her husband split up just before Christmas. It seems he has been lying to her for at least 6 months about nearly everything. He has been to see a solicitor. The first time in June last year. The thing is that he is in the Raf so they live on camp. Have been married 2.5 years and have a 1year old baby. She has no money as is a sahm. She is at her wits end worried about money and finding a place to live. I can't really help with money apart from the odd few quid here and there. He wants the baby 3 out of 4 weekends and is giving her £200 a month for food. She has no other income apart from child benefit. What can she do? Sorry this is long.

I'm sure if a marriage breaks down and they live in quarters there's a grace period before she moves out.

She should contact tax credits etc too

She has 3 months before she has to leave. I'm more worried about if she should see a solicitor as he has. I know she has been to CAB ref benefits but it seems like he is being very well advised. Keeps asking her to sign paperwork, she hasn't and he got very nasty. I think it's to do with pensions.

She needs good legal advice and she signs and agrees to nothing until she speaks to a solicitor. He is trying to pull a fast one here.
I don't think he will get 3 weekends out of 4 in any agreement. Does he get deployed anywhere?
The further away the better if he does

See a solicitor and don't sign anything without legal advice!! He will have to provide maintenance as the legal process will help with that etc.
