Domestic Violence, Court case and National Records Search?

My friend is involved with a man who recently had a court case against him for domestic violence. Is there any way of finding out what the outcome of the case was through some sort of national records archive system?

no. but there will be orders made by the court. shouldnt she be asking him abut this??

I guess she's thinking that if he was found guilty, he might lie and she wuldn't know one way or other - could she access the orders records then?

If she knew that he had a court case against him for domestic violence then why pray is she involved with him at all?.

Methinks he could be being evasive with the whole truth of the matter. She may be able to find out more but as she was not directly involved her own searches may prove to be fruitless.

No idea on the court case side. Plenty of guilty people get off and plenty of innocent people are found guilty.

If she does not believe what he tells her then he should be querying why she is with him.

Well that answer is a lot of help isn't it!

Oops She should be querying why she is with him!!

I think that she's just got to use her judgement about whether she believes him or not when she asks him what happened.

If she doesn't, she sould be outta there. If you've got to go and look things up on public records because you can't trust someone, you're in trouble.
