carolst · 04/07/2013 12:10

Excellent! Also saw one where the W cut of the H's willy LOL so maybe combining the two Wink

CogitoErgoSometimes · 04/07/2013 12:10

Why the OW? Why not him? All that'll happen is the shagging DH will find a replacement....

Heartbrokenmum73 · 04/07/2013 12:20

This sort of thing is pretty frightening, considering it is generally a matter of two people committing adultery, not one woman 'stealing' someone else's 'property'.

I think disrespect and lying is worthy of anger.

People having genuine feelings for one another which contravene marriage protocol is just really unfortunate.

CogitoErgoSometimes · 04/07/2013 12:40

There's also the observation that if the wife is so volatile as to commit murder - and I note it's an 'alleged' mistress, so some serious scope for doubt there - maybe our sympathies should be with the husband.

RoooneyMara · 04/07/2013 12:42

I think the woman who went over was rescued with only minor injuries.

I don't think it mitigates that his wife is violent. Having an affair is a shit thing to do in any circumstances.

RoooneyMara · 04/07/2013 12:43

But not shit enough to be chucked over a cliff for.

ImTooHecsyForYourParty · 04/07/2013 12:43

I can't believe she ignored her husband - you know, the person who actually betrayed her! and went for the other woman.

Why do people do that? Go for the person who looks you in the eye, tells you they love you then shags about behind your back if you're going to go for anyone.

Noseynoonoo · 04/07/2013 12:47

Can't believe the man didn't try to stop the fight. What a wimp.

LittlePeaPod · 04/07/2013 12:47

OMG that's taking it a step too far! Off a cliff!Lol but only because she wasn't seriously injured or killed... And where did he run off to??

CogitoErgoSometimes · 04/07/2013 12:48

Having an affair is a shit thing to do but two wrongs don't make a right. Attempted murder is criminal, an affair is simply immoral... big difference. Entertaining enough from a distance, I'll grant you, but no-one emerges from this story, except possibly the 'alleged' OW who could be an innocent bystander, smelling of roses.

MrsMelons · 04/07/2013 12:53

Agree with cogito, I am sure it would be tempting but the only person being thrown off a cliff would be 'D'H.

WhiteBirdBlueSky · 04/07/2013 13:26

The death sentence for having an affair? For someone who has potentially not broken any vows or promises? Wow!

Teeb · 04/07/2013 13:27

I love the way the husband seemed to slope off and leave the two women to engage in a fight. Seems he's quite used to being a coward.

carolst · 04/07/2013 13:37

I think the man in the clip has been on TV begging for his wife to take him back

Bogeyface · 04/07/2013 13:41

I was thinking that it should be the man that went over, but you dont know if the OW said anything that enraged the wife. Thats the only thing I could think of!

I was dating a man once that I had no idea was taken (yes I felt pretty durr about that). I was walking through town one day when this woman I didn't know (his GF) spun me around and tried to slap me (luckily I have quick reflexes and swung my tesco bag at her to block the blow... so classy).

She then got back with him (after I told him where to go)! [shocked]

Surely he deserved the slap? (Especially seeing as I didn't even bloody know) Hmm Grin

Some people...

Doesn't matter what the OW said, enraging or not... no-one has the right to attempt to kill someone else. Let's not start blaming the victim here.

cornyblend37 · 04/07/2013 13:52

The guy does absolutely nothing to help...what a catch.

Bogeyface · 04/07/2013 14:00

I wasnt blaming the victim, merely musing on why the wife may have attacked the OW. Some people to react like this, I have seen a man attack another man for shagging the first mans wife while the cheating wife just stood there and watched. [Shrugs] not something I would do, but I can understand the blind rage that might lead someone else to do it, especially if they made an inflammatory comment.

WhiteBirdBlueSky · 04/07/2013 14:52

I would call that blaming the victim.
