Medication for cronic back pain + IBS + caring 24/7 for my gorgeous SN DS + my own mobility issues + lack of time to myself + rushed meals = one big fat unhappy mouse

I used to go to the gym 3/4 times a week and at my lightest was 9.4 stone, I'm 5'7". I'm now 11st and HATE MY BODY.

So, I am going to take DS on two walks a day for as far as I can manage as my starting point.

After that, who knows, I just know that I have to keep trying. It's fucking hard though. Especially when I can't feel my legs some days.

Moan over.

Why don't you start a thread in General Health OP?? Get everyone on board? Everyone sets a goal for the week maybe abd you/we all support one another to get the unwanted weight off?

Just a thought. Off to eat my own body weight in cheese. Wink

There are lots of threads in the "Big/Slim/Whatever weight loss" section in "In the Club" that might be helpful.
