Pelvic floor exercisers has anyone tried them and do they work?

I have 2 DC the youngest is 18 months, recently I have noticed that things could be improved, (IYKWIM). I noticed a slight change after having my DS 4.5 years ago but since having my DD things have got a little out of shape.

I have read good things on the internet about a Pelvic Toner but all the reviews I have read, the women had stress incontinence (which I do not have) as a first problem and the tone up vaginally was an added bonus for them.
Does anyone have any experience of these, did it work and if so how quick??

On CH 4 embarassing bodies they tested out the various devices and the womens partners verified that they did really make a difference.

Cant remember if the excercises or devices worked better though!

Easiest, and cost free method....an orgasm a day....

Patienceobtainsallthings · 01/05/2011 11:51

That particular one has lots of programmes for "after childbirth" "stress incontinence" "urge incontinence" "general toning " all working different areas .
Nobody ever talks about it but if it works I will be telling everyone Grin

I had really bad stress incontinence which got worse after hysterectomy. NICE guidelines meant that I had to do 3 months of exercices with special training "checked" by a physio to ensure that I was doing them correctly - if you get my drift!

I noticed no real difference and ended up having a TVT op. No more leaking or accidents for me but this op won't do anything for vaginal tightness. Just thought I would share!

Its on the link that i posted 11.46 ,just look round the site lots of 'em.I think i got kegel 8 ultra .Lots of things online ,I think its if u can be bothered doing exercises or not .The electronic one means at least its toning even if ur just watching the telly and u dont join in but i think u get better results if u do the exercises too.

Lovely, thank you so much I have seen so many, money is a bit tight so will have to go for the normal kind that I will have to work at.
Thank you everyone, my DH is away for another 2 weeks so that gives me a bit of time to get started. Wink
