Can anyone recommend some good books for recovering from abusive relationships?

A dear friend has finally left a controlling and abusive relationship, which turned from constant emotional abuse to physical violence.

I am supporting her as best I can, but thought some recommended literature would be useful, that she could dip into in her own time.

Does anyone have any recommendations?

Thanks

I found Getting Past Your Breakup to be really helpful. There is an excellent website that goes with it too.

I read "Thriving after Divorce" by Tonja Evetts Weimer today. It isn't specifically aimed at survivors of abuse but gives a hugely uplifting view of how you can transform your life for the better after ending a bad relationship.
