I have so much anger in me for my shit of a husband who has left and while i would like nothing better than to unleash it all upon him and then watch blood come from his ears, i realise that it might be a tad hard to keep things amicable after that. How do i go about arranging councelling. Please help

You can arrange some through your doctor but you may find there is a long waiting list - it can depend on where you are.

If you can afford to go privately then have a look at the BACP website (British Association of Counsellors and Psychotherapists).

Also have a look on the internet for any agencies in your are which may offer free or reduced fee counselling.

You will find it helpful I'm sure.

Try the BACP website. Call a few and talk to them. Check rates and find one you feel comfortable with.

Alternatively try your GP who may be able to give you a access to a free one (but may gave to wait/less choice).
