Catch up with Cabin Pressure, @TheFredericaQuartet, it really is brilliant! I believe it's available as a download on Audible. There may be clips on YouTube so you could see if you like it.

John Finnemore wrote the whole series and played Arthur. The other cast members were Roger Allam, Benedict Cumberbatch and Stephanie Cole, with Anthony Head playing a significant character in some episodes. Lots of terrific guest actors as well. It's almost certainly the best BBC comedy I've ever heard on Radio 4.

Also, here's episode 11. Off to listen to that now.

I now have an urge to write some fan fiction in which Arthur visits the Discworld.

Vimes would have Carrot "keep an eye on that lad, he's going to get himself killed in under half an hour", and he and Carrot would become firm friends thanks to their shared belief in the brilliance of everything.

Vetinari would be fascinated by him but slightly worried that left to his own devices he'd either ruin the city or accidentally take it over.

Granny Weatherwax would be secretly impressed by how unintimidated by her he seems to be, and secretly touched that he keeps accidentally calling her Mum!

Sounds great, @GreeboIsMySpiritAnimal! Carolyn and Granny Weatherwax would be an epic encounter.
