Lol! I know nothing! Without posting spoilers I think the timeframe mentioned allows for another series, that and hunting for something....

I'm just going to have to be patient and wait for the series to end, before we can discuss fully. :D

Listening to Series 4 and loving it!

OK, I've now finally listened to series 4. Odd. Very odd. I have no idea what the ending is supposed to signify. How much of it happened in Helen's head and how much was real? It felt a bit as if Matthew Broughton reached a certain point and thought 'Sod it, I've had enough, I'll just thrown in a curveball here and that'll do'.

Well all, I'm a bit naffed off by it all really. It seemed like such a mish-mash of story lines, and now we are expected to believe that H is dying?
They tried to cram too much in I think. I wanted to know more about the woman with the immortal DNA but got a bit confused between the different generations of working class women in institutions.

Was the woman who was pregnant with triplets part of the Domesday programme? I think that there is probably quite a good book somewhere that this is based on, but it wasn't very well abridged. @Sinister - what was your take on it? You seemed optimistic for another series?
