Any David Sedaris fans out there?

Has anyone discovered the delights of the American humorist/satirist David Sedaris?

My DBro sent me his book Squirrel seeks Chipmonk and since then I have been hooked on his wicked observational humour. And was delighted when he was given his own show on R4.

He is doing a 30 minute Christmas special on R4 in case anyone is interested. It's on Christmas Eve.

Love his writing, especially when he's reading it.

I wish he hadn't made such a dick of himself recently with the whole 'only poor people drop litter' argument...

I have all his books on my Kindle and frequently quote him in RL. His sister Amy also has had a very funny book about entertaining published

I love his readings on Radio4. He manages to be both camp AND deep. He can be bitchily funny, but also reveal some really painful stuff for example his sister's death/ probable suicide if I remember correctly.
