Help and advice with an all terrain buggy

Okay, I am really not having any luck with bidding on buggies online. Being out bid at the last minute.

I think I am going to have buy an all terrain buggy - and will have to try and bid on one that isn't so popular as I can't afford the prices.

I need something that can handle a muddy track, gravel path as well and can easily get across a field with sheep in it at the moment and something that I can use when it snows too. It needs to be a single, I don't care if it trendy or not, not interested in using in town as I have a maclaren for the car. Needs to be used for a 11 month old+ as the little one is getting too heavy for the sling and the rough country walk to school and is making my back suffer !!!

Advice please on any other buggy anyone has used that is suitable for me ? Thanks

Hi we have a Red Castle sport one but I don't think they are made anymore. it will go anywhere, coped fine with snow, hills fields etc. Doesn't matter if it gets really wet as seat liner comes out to dry and rest dries quickly. You may find some second hand.

also my SIL has one called (i think) a baby trend jogging stroller which she got from america - was about £120 plus £20 postage so still pretty cheap. She highly recommends it and bought it after someone at her toddlers had one.

I have an 'Out N About' nipper 360. There is one on kiddicare web site for £189 right now.
It does everything you need it for. I love it.

Ideally I have a max budget of £100 as I want to pay cash for it and will travel to pick up within a 80 mile travel range. I can't order anything from kiddicare at the moment as my dh has advised me from not using our credit cards as someone has been naughty and has been trying to get our personal information and get our details and new cards issued. So we are trying to get away with having no spend on the credit card for a while.
I will see if there is any red castle sport online and will see if the out n about nipper is being sold online on ebay for my price. Thanks

you need one of the old zipper ones, bog standard hammock seat on a super light frame, fixed wheels, no recline

used to look after some chioldren who lived on a farm and it was fabulous, don[t come up on ebay often though

i reckon anything lightweight with a fixed front wheel would be ok though

Gloucester - don't mind travelling up to 80 miles one way especially if I can combine the trip for pick up into a nice day out with baby.

it's not actually a mountain buggy though, I think it's the landrover pegasus, which is very good off-road

Hi I contacted the lady about this before through another website, I wasn't sure about the wheels of it and my dh bidded on others for me on ebay, which we didn't get. I wasn't sure if it would be any good for track and mud.
