Bugaboo bee plus - buggy board???

My local toy/pram shop actually has the new bee plus in stock - only two of them though!

My problem is that I have a 3 year old who will need to go on a buggy board. I'm not sure the Bee plus is up to the job and it also looks like it will make it really difficult to access the brake.

Does anyone use the current bee with a buggy board?

I'm quite sure the Bee+ now takes the bugaboo pram board.

My concern is that it might technically fit but not be that practical. When I search online I can only find one picture of the new model with a board attached. I'm probably being too precious about it but I'm desperate for a lightweight buggy that will accommodate my newborn and my toddler.

My Bee+ arrived today (with the buggy board) and it looks great, quite sturdy... The only thing is it looks a bit fiddly to tie it away, so I think I might just sling the buggy board in the shopping tray after the nursery run and I've dropped my 3 year old off....

Hi Ruth,

can you tell me what is it like to walk behind the board?
Do you have to walk on one side?
Do you hit your ankles?
Cheers
Coco

Hiya

I felt fine with the buggy board, but had a Phil and Teds double prior to this so am v. used to pushing a pram with an extra bit on the back!! I'm very short though, maybe would be annoying if you are taller and had a longer stride....

Thanks
I am short too - so hopefully it will be ok!

Hi ruth jsut wondered how you are getting on with bee?

im considering swapping my cameleon for one but worried it might not cope with our village walks??

we live in a vilage and go no regular dog walks and althou we dont go off road/path exactly ther is some bumpy paths/surfaces which can get quite muddy/leafy (we just take cam wheels off and wash them!)

occasional we go on grass or gravely surface but very rare.

my cam tackles any surface even daily walk throu the snow!

so worried might regret changing for bee but now i have 3dcs newborn to just under4 the size and one peice fold of bee has become very appealing.

experiences of using bee wud be much appreciated
