Have a Mama and Papas Skate which I like, but fancy a change and like the idea of the Loola because it can rear face - and because it does the umbrella fold - but that's it. Is it worth buying ds2 is 3 months at the moment and am cosidering this or going straight for a Maclaren? What to do? And what about a Chicco multiway stroller? And advice would be really appreciated before I make a costly mistake .

I would say a big firm resounding NO to the loola.

It's a horrible pram, I hated every minute I had it.

Oh dear - maybe I had better re think that one.

hi have the loola up and have no idea how to adjust the footrest? could you help me?

rowena1992 · 01/04/2010 15:53

hi i don't think you can adjust the footrest.

I have the Loola Up and I love it.

The footrest doesn't really adjust separately - it goes up and down when you recline the pushchair automatically. Is that what you meant, or something else?

I also love my Loola Up. DS is now 21 months and we still use it.It seems a lovely comfy pushchair for lo. The main downside in my opinion is the weight. It is quite heavy so we keep a lighter stroller in the car and use the Loola when walking from home, however we still take it when we are going somewhere that DS will be getting in and out a lot ( e.g. zoo ) as he doesn't need to be strapped in. Also if we will be going on rough ground we use it because it has good suspension. The Loola Up has a much better basket; the Loola's is not very accessible.

i also love my loola up,its heavy to lift into the car but only because it folds in one piece, but i would rather that than have to take it to bits to fold it.it is SO light to push though even one handed, which is so handy of like me you have a toddlers hand to hold!
it also has a huge hood which is waterproof,so you can sometimes get away without the raincover.
