There's the Britax Vigour 3 or 4 wheeler. It is about £200 new on ebay so sure you could find a good 2nd hand one for around your budget.
It does all the things you want. It looks quite wide but really isn't and had no problems getting it through single doors. The seat unit is lovely and big and my Ds can nap really well in it. The hood is HUGE which is good in the summer.
It is brilliant on rough terrain. Really easy to steer and get up/down kurbs etc. It doesn't fold down all that small but you said that didn;t really matter anyway.

i think thats the one does it have to be the + version to lie flat?
lifeas3plus1 · 02/03/2010 12:51
Oh, I don't know. I have the 3+ and it does lie completely flat but don't know about the other version. Sorry.

How about an old wayfarer lite the black one. Sometimes on ebay. Has footplates either side, large hood and seat can face either way. Large wheels will cope with some off road stuff too!
