I'm looking at getting an inline double buggy, have my heart set on the new Britax b-dual, but its even ore expensive than a p+t and not sure I can stretch that far...

Anyway, I have spotted a good deal on a p+t E3, does anybody know the differences between this and the sport? Is it better/worse? I'm so confused by all the different versions, and I can't figure out what will work best for us.

I will have a 24mth old and a newborn, so looking for something to suit us (we walk eveywhere as I don't drive)

If anyone can help, I will be eternally greatful, I'm going mad here

The E3 doesn't have an adjustable handle, reclining doubles seat, catch to keep it closed when folded, a net poacket in the back of the basket to keep raincover in, hood is better on the sport, they are the only differences i can think of at the moment.

I bought a second hand E3 but when I saw how upright the second seat is I sold it on and bought the sport and am very glad I did. I am considering selling it now and just using my cam with a board. The P&T is very heavy.

The sport one is not upright, it does recline somewhat.

If you are in the northwest you can have 1st dibs with mine doodle.

I've had seveal P&T (keep selling them then realising that no, DS1 will NOT walk. ) My favourite by far was the original Kiwi Explorer - no recline etc, but just a great pram.

How old is your DS1? Mine is 3.2 so plenty of time yet

He's 4 1/2 but has some mild SN that mean he gets tired. And stroppy. I am watching 2 older P&T on ebay atm, hoping against hope that just once one will go for £50, lol.

Aww well fingers crossed you get a bargain. I have seen some tatty old ones go for not much more than that so you never know. Good luck

Do you find it really heavy and cumbersome to push? Not sure if mine just needs some air in the tyres or if it is that heavy.

No, I've always found it really easy except when DD insisted on sitting on the footplate! More air in the tyres will probably help though. It is easier with the big one in the main seat, too, although that makes it less easy for them to jump in and out. DS1 is actually too heavy for the back seat now, although I know people use them for much bigger kids.

I think I do need some more air, but maybe after pushing the cameleon which is still so light even with the buggy board, its feels heavy in comparison. I think it will be on its way soon though......
