Hi Everyone,
I am in pushchair confusion, I am expecting in May, Live in London with no Car so will be using Public transport alot. Plus the entrance to our Basement flat is via stairs which are very narrow ( 66cm across)
I have been looking at the following and have queries about all!
Bugaboo Chameleon: Great for New born with carrycot, Easy to push/steer. Light. BUT seems hard to fold and feels like it would be too big to carry the cot with baby in up and down the stairs to get into the flat. Would I have to take the baby out anyway though??
Bugaboo Bee: Amazingly light and easy, would be perfect for London living. BUT worried as has no Carry Cot and so would have to take the baby out everytime I was going in and out the house etc..Also I was going to wait to buy a cot and use a carry cot for the baby to sleep in.. is that a good idea??
M&P's Sola : Like the BB Chameloeon but lighter and so easy to fold. However the wheels seemed to stick a bit.Not as good resale value.
M&P's Urbo : Only out this week.. really light with Carrycot. But have seen no reviews as so new and again not sure about resale. Needs 8 weeks to order!
I am SO confused. Does anyone else have any knowledge of what to do... I keep getting recommended the Bee but am worried about the no carrycot thing.
Also worried about getting the buggy in and out of the flat with the narrow stairs and not much space inside to store...
Any advice PLEEEASE!
Kate
