Bugaboo Gecko and buggy board

I've got a Bugaboo Gecko which I'm very happy with but I'm trying to decide how to cope with DC2 on the way. I'd really like to avoid a double buggy so I was hoping to manage with a combination of sling, back carrier, buggy and buggy board but I don't know where to start looking with the buggy boards!

What buggy boards are best? I've heard that the Lascal Maxi is good and fits the Bugaboos, but is it better than the Bugaboo board? Are there any good attachments that might make the buggy board more useful? DD will be 22 months when DC2 gets here. She's a very good walker and reluctant to go in the buggy already.

I do go out with the buggy around town most days and often do the shopping with it so I don't want to end up with no space to carry anything.

Thanks in advance for any recommendations!

Bumping again because I still can't decide what to do.

No help here, I'm afraid, as I am also looking for a good buggy board for my cameleon. However, I am thinking about buying a Revelo Kidsit board for it, which I'm pretty certain would fit the Gecko. It's a board that has a seat attachment (bit like a bike saddle) that can be clipped on or off quite easily, great if you have a toddler who always wants to sit down when I haven't bothered with the double buggy ! The reviews I've read are really good, might be the kind of thing you're looking for ?

StantonLacy - I hadn't heard of that before, thanks for the suggestion! I've seen the Twoo which sounds a bit similar. Both sound ideal for letting DD sit down a bit if she gets tired. I really want to avoid getting a double buggy if possible.

You're welcome ! Yep, saw the Twoo as well, but some people seem to think that the Bugaboo own buggy board you attach it to isn't that good, so I was veering towards the KidSit. Know exactly what you mean about the double buggy. My DS is 2 1/2, really thought I could avoid getting one...he had other ideas! Think if my DD had been a summer baby, we'd have had more success on the walking front, but what with the snow/ice/rain etc he justs wants to sit in and be cosy ! (can't really blame him)We had to give in and get a P&T classic twin, which I have to say is absolutely excellent !
Good luck !

Thanks very much for that suggestion StantonLacy, I think we're probably going to go for it in the end. I'll have DC2 in a sling for a while so won't need the buggy board until DD is a bit older so hopefully that will be fine. I hadn't seen it before at all but the reviews sound good.
