Hi all,

Has anyone found a good 'universal' raincover that would fit well on a rear-facing pushchair?
(I have a mutsy 4rider: images.google.co.uk/imgres?imgurl=www.themommyinsider.com/images/mutsy-side-view.jpg&i mgrefurl=www.themommyinsider.com/2008/04/mutsy-4rider-stroller-a-review-coupon-code/&usg=__td DEpDZl1qA6bHXthlZu6397lYI=&h=253&w=198&sz=22&hl=en&start=14&tbnid=MAjblw3kiUduPM:&tbnh=111&tbnw=87&p rev=/images%3Fq%3Dmutsy%2B4rider%26gbv%3D2%26hl%3Den)

Thanks!

Have you looked at apollo plastics on ebay I should think the raincover that they sell for the P3 or techno xt would be okay

do they not make one for it?

elk4baby · 13/01/2010 18:57

Yes, Mutsy do make a raincover, which I actually already have. However, it's very stiff, bulky when folded (almost the size of my changing bag!) and it's designed to be fitted on when the seat is forward-facing, so doesn't work well for us (we always use the seat rear-facing).

we have a raincover like this www.pingpong-online.de/osc/product_info.php?cPath=235_237&products_id=664 (not sure which brand though!) that we got in berlin. it works on our rf pram and on out techno xt! think it would fit on any pram/stroller with a hood and it folds really tiny as there's no frame iykwim!

We have just bought a Mothercare travel system weathershield, which zips in the middle so doesn't need to be totally taken off like their 3-wheeler weathershield. The travel system thing is quite capacious, so likely to fit anything, but not hard to fold down. I quite like it, but it was £30.

Has anyone tried the Koo-Di? Is the window on it too small?
