Loola Up seat unit doesn't sit up straight?

I have just taken delivery of my lovely new Loola Up. The only problem with this otherwise perfect pushchair is that the seat unit does not appear to have a 'sit up straight' position, and my daughter (who loved the thing in the shop) has now decided it's really uncomfortable (she's 15 months old, so I'm interpreting here).

I want to keep the pushchair as it is definitely the right one for me. There must be thousands of parents out there who also have a Loola Up and whose kids sit happily in it. How is this achieved?! Do people use cushions or something?

Any tips will be most gratefully received.

Won't take it off the list TwilightTurtle (as is a very small list!) and have seen some very positive comments on MN about it, very similar to what you're saying.

No, I haven't BertieBotts even heard of that pram, off to google, so thank you.

I have to say that this still ticks most boxes for what i wanted. It was a dream when it was rear facing but as DS3 grew and we swapped to front facing it all changed.

Just wanted to update and say that I went to Mothercare today and they gave me some new straps for free, they have them in stock for anyone with a Loola who asks.

I had the Loola Up for 3 months before I got rid.

The seat never sat up straight, The frame was flimsy and wobbly (yes it was clicked into position) so wobbly that it collapsed with my son in it when he was just 5 months old. Because there is only one wheel on the back as opposed to the two on the front, you can't reverse properly without the back wheels going outwards. It was extremely heavy with my son in it and out of it and the handle felt like it would snap everytime I went down some steps.

It was the newest model and NO I would never buy it again so I agree with the other posters.
