Yeah, if you don't think you can pay for it without the refund I wouldn't bid. You 100% cannnot trust LL to give you a quick refund so you don't want to risk ending up with negative feedback if you can't pay.

Can your DH lend you the money for it? (I hate asking my DH for help if I want something so I understand if you don't want to!)
