Pram in bruges - Will mamas & papas ocarro be okay?

I am planning a trip to Bruges early December with my child who will be 9 months.

I currently have Mamas & Papas Ocarro which has been great however I have not taken it out on cobbles before.

Has anyone been to Bruges? Will my Ocarro be okay or is it worth investing in a pram with bigger wheels?

Ditch the pram and use a carrier.

I’d second using a carrier. As well as the cobbles, lot of the pavements in the old town are quite narrow and you might struggle with a bulky pram.

Out and about nipper 🏆 ours was amazing on cobblestone, beaches and pretty much everywhere. They are pretty hardwearing you could probably get a pre owned one in great condition rather than buying new to go on a plane.

Second this! I remember DH buying an old faded one for about £50 because it had the double seat function for a holiday (so slightly older DC had the option to sit) but I ended up being blown away how it just cruised along the sandy Cornwall beaches etc.

I'd also go with a carrier. It will be much easier in the crowds.

I have had the ocarro for nearly 3 years and used it for two babies and it will go over cobbles, but a bit of a bumpy ride for baby. I’ve only ever taken our yo-yo abroad with me and it once had to be rescued from the middle of a cobbled area in Spain as it was well and truly stuck - that won’t happen with the ocarro. I do also have out and about little nipper mentioned above as a double buggy and agree that would be best suited to large areas of cobbles.

I’ve not been to Bruges since pre-children, but some friends of ours went recently with their toddler and said they didn’t really have an issue with cobbles as they didn’t spend that much time in very centre

To add, I wouldn’t bother buying a new pram for the trip, but might consider hiring one if you are hoping to spend a lot of time in the old cobbled part and worried about baby’s comfort? My eldest was never bothered by a bumpy ride, but the youngest wouldn’t like it

sorry it’s super late but wanted to come back and thank you all for your comments.
I used a mix of pram and backpack carrier.
pram was great on the cobbles for anyone else in the same position. Definitely useful when she fights naps due to FOMO as she seemed to nap more in the pram over the carrier and hotel.
But we did take the carrier on the walking tour which was so practical and definitely better for shopping.
