Pushchair advice

My son is 2 autistic and epileptic which means he cannot walk long distances for fear of injury. So pushchair is a must, I'm having a hard time finding one and his team of specialists don't think he's old enough to qualify for wheelchair just yet so I'm struggling to find him a pushchair suitable for his needs. The problem I'm having is the buggy he has now he trails his feet along the wheels and when its raining his socks get soaked and muddy he will not wear shoes I've tried everything short of superglueing them to his feet it's impossible. I need advice on what kind of pushchair I can get him that will stop this problem one where his feet don't reach the wheel. I've attached a picture of one exactly the same as the one hes got.

Hey, this is the one we bought for my autistic 3 year old for the same reason (dragging feet etc) we have found it great!

You could look at SN buggies, which are bigger than typical baby/toddler pushchairs. As well as the Mobiquip XL mentioned by a pp, you could loo at Excel Elise, Special Tomato EIO, Special Tomato Jogger, Swifty, Ormesa Bug or Delichon Delta. Lots of different types exist.

DS isn’t too young for a wheelchair though if that is your preference.
