City living: Bugaboo Bee/Dragonfly vs Uppababy Cruz

We live in a European city with narrow bumpy pavements, small houses with minimal storage, small crowded shops and small cars (I have Fiat 500) - I would imagine similar to most who live in big cities.

As a result, we’ve come down to 2 strollers - the bugaboo dragonfly (previously bee) and the uppababy cruz.
The Dragonfly pros include lightweight (7.9kgs), fits in all car boots, takes up minimal room when folded, narrow & easy to navigate small spaces and we would be unlikely to replace it for a smaller lighter model in future. Cons to me seems that it COULD have less suspension and feel
more bumpy for the child, meaning less sleep (every parent to be’s worst nightmare), people have mentioned in autumn leaves can get stuck in the wheels (would I hate this pram for 2-3 months of the year?!).

The Cruz pros include good suspension/durability, good on all terrain (parks, bumpy pavements etc), best storage basket on the market, seemingly one of the narrower heavy duty prams. Cons include it is still a reasonable weight at 11.6kgs (3.7kgs more than the dragonfly) so would we use long term?, it takes up a fair amount of boot space so could become frustrating and would we just replace it (to get into a Fiat 500 will take some dismantling of wheels etc).

In an ideal world I’d get both, but that seems ridiculous.

Any thoughts form people who have used these from new born? Was the bee/dragonfly frustrating on walks? Are you thinking your Cruz is quite heavy a year in and you need a light weight/compact stroller too?

I think it's not unusual to get 2 types of pushchair tbh - if you buy secondhand it needn't be that expensive. We have several pushchairs at home now as I need to swap around depending on where I'm going and if I'm taking 2 dc or just 1.

I have the older Bee and it's fine. People comment about it having small wheels but I've been to country parks and woods and across cobbles with it and not had any issues. Might not be as smooth as a bigger wheel but I've never ended up stranded or unable to pass anywhere or have the wheels fall off. With a big buggy I am a bit stuck with steps as I couldn't carry an 11kg pushchair down on my own, so I can't take it into my nearest tube station, and there are some shops I wouldn't go into as it would fill up the whole aisle.
