Hi everyone-to-be FTM here who is very confused about choosing a pushchair. Ideally I would want to buy just one, I plan to use it for short 30-60 min walks most days of the week. May drive (Ford Focus so medium sized boot) 1-2 times a week and take public transport (London tube/bus) 1-2 times a week. Hope to travel 3-4 times a year as family all abroad so would need to carry it then too.
We were considering a Babyzen yoyo2 with newborn pack (Londoners seem to use it as everyday pushchair, compact when folded, light on public transport if I need to lift it, good for travel) but wondering if something more sturdy would be good (wobbly sidewalks, cobblestone roads out of Uk)-I’m getting cold feet about the wobbly front wheels and the rickety sounds too.
The stroller workshop speaks highly of the Uppababy Minu V2 (more expensive than yo-yo, fold slightly less compact than yo-yo)-has anybody used it ? Also the Baby Jogger Tour 2 although again-would appreciate hearing from users-very unclear if the BJT2 double bassinet works for it without which I can’t use this from newborn.
Or is it a better idea to go for something like MnP flip XT3/Nuna Next/Bugaboo Dragonfly(heavier but sturdy, flip xt3 bundle is more economical)-how usable are they on London public transport or when travelling ?
